Boss Peak er eit isolert, svart fjell, 2170 moh, ved austsida av enden av Jutlandbreen, 8 nautiske mil nord-nordaust for Thomson Peak, nordvest i Victory Mountains i Victoria Land. Det vart namngjeve av den nordlege gruppa frå New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition, 1963–64, delvis etter likskapen til eit skjoldnav, og til minne om kallenamnet til sir Ernest Shackleton, the «Boss».[1]
