Buntley Bluff er ei markant klippe 3,5 km lang, like nord for Cape Lankester ved munningen av Mulockbreen. Han vart kartlagt av US Geological Survey frå tellurometermålingar og marinen sine flyfoto, 1959–63 og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter fenrik Ronald E. Buntley i sivilingeniørkorpset til U.S. Navy, som var ansvarleg for personellet ved flystripa Williams Field i McMurdo Sound under U.S. Navy Operasjon Deepfreeze i 1964.[1]
