Caroline Bluff er ein skrent 2 km søraust for North Foreland på King George Island i Sør-Shetlandsøyane. Skrenten vart kartlagt og namngjeven North Foreland Head av den skotske geologen David Ferguson i 1921. For å unngå forveksling med North Foreland avslo UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee dette namnet i 1960 og gav det eit nytt namn. «Caroline» var ei selfangsskute frå Hobart (kaptein D. Taylor) som vitja Sør-Shetlandsøyane i 1821–22.[1]
