Stigande diftongar

Sorry not to be writing in Norwegian here; I just came by and I wanted to point out that, although your diagram with the "Stigande diftongar" is really nice, there are missing the "öi" (like "söin" (I ate) and "töissä" (in the works)) and "oi" (like "poika" (boy) and voin (I can/could) and "toinen" (second/(an)other)) diphthongs. I also think that it would be better if it were added another diagram with the diphthongs that neither "stigan" nor "fallan" -- what I would call the rounding your lips (or pouting) "iy" (like "siistiytyä" (to tide up oneself)) and "iu" (like "viulu" (violin), "kiusata" (to tease) and "hius" (hair)) and the unrounding your lips (or depouting) "yi" (like "hyi" (ugh!) and "lyijy" (lead)) and "ui" (like "uida" (to swim), "puissa" (in the trees) and "kuin" (than)). --201.95.191.100 11. desember 2009 kl. 01:58 (CET)
