Epsilon Island er ei lita øy som ligg mellom Alpha Island og sørenden av Lambda Island i Melchior Islands i Antarktiske Arkipel. Øya vart grovt kartlagd av Discovery Investigations i 1927. Namnet er henta frå det greske alfabetet, og ser ut til å ha vorte nytta første gong på argentinsk kart i 1946.[1]
