Grotto Island er ei lita øy med ei sagtakka kystlinje, 0,1 nautiske mil nord for IÎles Galindez i Argentine Islands i Wilhelm Archipelago i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd og namngjeven i 1935 av British Graham Land Expedition under Rymill.[1]
