Guile Island er ei øy som ligg 1 nautiske mil sørvest for Duchaylard Island i Biscoe Islands i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd av British Graham Land Expedition under Rymill, 1934–37, og ho fekk dette namnet av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1959 fordi at sjølv om det ser ut til at det er mange landgangsplassar på denne øya, så er det mange grunner som gjer det farleg å nærme seg seg øya, så ein må derfor bruke list (engelsk guile) for å kome seg i land.[1]
