Karpf Point er eit nes langs nordsida av Millfjorden, 3 nautiske mil (6 km) sør for Mount Vartdal, på austkysten av Graham Land. Det vart kartlagd av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) og fotografert frå lufta av Ronne antarktiske forskingsekspedisjon (RARE) i 1947. Det vart namngjeve frå FIDS etter Alois Karpf, bibliotekar ved Kaiserliche og Konigliche Geographische Gesellschaft i Wien og som skreiv bøker om arktiske strøk.
