Mount Apolotok er eit høgt, markant fjell av raud granitt, 2555 moh, i Salamander Range i Freyberg Mountains. Namnet har inuittisk opphav og tyder «den store raude», og vart gjeve av den nordlege gruppa frå New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE), 1963-64.
