Mount Cronus er eit majestetisk, kjegleforma og delvis snødekt fjell, 900 moh, som ligg 8 nautiske mil sør for Amundsen Bay og 9 nautiske mil vest-sørvest for Reference Peak. Det vart oppdaga av ei gruppe frå Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions i oktober 1956 og kalla opp etter Kronos, faren til gudane i antikk mytologi.[1]
