Nusser Island er ei øy 1,5 nautiske mil (2,8 km) nord for Laktionov Island, utanfor austsida av Île Renaud i Biscoe Islands. Øya vart først nøyaktig vist på eit argentinsk kart frå 1957. Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1959 etter Franz Nusser, ein austerriksk meteorolog som spesialiserte seg på havis.
