Patroclus Hill er ein avrunda, snødekt ås, 760 moh, skild av eit lågt skard frå nordvestsida av Mount Achilles i Achaean Range på Île Anvers i Antarktiske Arkipel. Han vart kartlagd av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) i 1955 og vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter Patroclus, følgjesveinen og den gode venen til Akilles i Illiaden av Homer.
