Polaris Peak er eit avrunda fjell (970 moh) som ligg 4 nautiske mil (7 km) sørvest for Mount Roth i Gabbro Hills i Dronning Maudfjella. Det fekk dette namnet av den sørlege geolog-gruppa frå New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE) (1963–64) fordi dei køyrde ein Polaris motorslede til toppen.
