Pullen Island er ei snødekt øy som ligg nær midten av Violante Inlet langs austkysten av Palmer Land. Ho vart oppdaga av U.S. Antarctic Service (USAS) på ein flytur frå East Base den 30. desember 1940, og kalla opp etter William A. Pullen, flymekanikar ved East Base.
