Shibli–Umm al-Ghanam (arabisk الشبلي - أم الغنم, hebraisk שִׁבְּלִי-אֻם אל-עַ'נַם) er ein arabisk by ved foten av Tabor i Nord distrikt i Israel. I følgje Israelsk statistisk sentralbyrå hadde Shibli–Umm al-Ghanam eit folketal på 4 800 innbyggjarar i 2005.

Byen vart grunnlagd i 1992 då landsbykommunane Shibli og Umm al-Ghanam vart slått saman.
