The Twain Shall Meet er eit album frå 1968 av Eric Burdon & The Animals.

Albumet inneheld «Sky Pilot», ein antikrigssong om Vietnamkrigen, med lydar av eit styrtande fly og eit gitarriff av Vic Briggs, og «Monterey», bandet sin hyllest til Monterey Pop Festival i 1967. Kritikar Bruce Elder frå Allmusic skildrar songen «All Is One», som unik i pophistoria som eit psykedelisk stykke, som blandar sekkepiper, sitar, oboar, horn, fløyter og ein forholdsvis idiotisk tekst, alt innanfor ei ramme som aukar tempoet på liknande vis som dansemusikk frå Zorba the Greek, samstundes som dei etterliknar Spencer Davis Group sin «Gimme Some Lovin'»».

Albumet nådde 78. plass på den amerikanske albumlista.
