The Union er eit samarbeidsalbum av Elton John og Leon Russell. Det kom ut 19. oktober 2010 i USA og 25. oktober 2010 i Storbritannia. Det er det 30. studioalbumet til Elton John og det første sidan Victim of Love frå 1979 utan nokon av dei faste bandmedlemmane hans. Det var òg den høgaste plasseringa hans på Billboard 200 sidan Blue Moves i 1976, og nådde tredje plass. Albumet vart plassert på 3. plass på lista til Rolling Stone over dei 30 beste albuma i 2010.[11]
Albumet inneheld bidrag frå Booker T Jones (på Hammond B-3), Neil Young (med vokal), Robert Randolph (spelar pedal steel) og Brian Wilson (vokalharmoni). Albumet var tileigna Guy Babylon, klaverspelaren til John som døydde året før.
«If It Wasn't for Bad» vart nominert til Grammyprisen for «beste popsamarbeid med vokal»
