Barker Nunatak er ein av Grossman Nunataks, 2,2 nautiske mil nordaust for Fletcher Nunataks. Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Kenneth Barker, ein kartograf i US Geological Survey (USGS) som i lag med James B. Fletcher, danna satelittovervakingslaget til USGS ved Amundsen-Scott-stasjonen, vinteren 1977.[1]
