Best of The Doobies er det første samlealbumet til The Doobie Brothers. Albumet inneheld songar frå Toulouse Street og fram til Takin' It to the Streets. Det kom ut på Warner Bros. Records i november 1976 og har sidan blitt gjeve ut fleire gongar på nytt. Albumet har selt til diamantplate i USA for over 10 millionar selte eksemplar og er det bestseljande albumet til bandet.
