Blue Moves er det ellevte studioalbumet til den britiske songaren Elton John. Albumet vart gjeve ut som eit dobbeltalbum i oktober 1976 og var produsert av Gus Dudgeon. Dette er det første albumet som vart utgjeve på eige plateselskap, Rocket Records. Det var òg det andre dobbeltalbumet hans. John har sagt at Blue Moves er eit av favorittalbuma han spelte inn.[6] Det var det siste albumet Gus Dudgeon produserte på nesten ti år.

I USA selde albumet til gullplate i oktober og platina i desember 1976.

«Cage the Songbird» var ein hyllest til den legendariske franske songarinna Edith Piaf. The Beach Boys avviste «Chameloen», som vart tilbode dei og var skriven to år før dette albumet kom ut. Bruce Johnston, som tidlegare spelte i Beach Boy, song korvokal på Elton John sin versjon i lag med Toni Tennille.
