Cook Bay er ei bukt mellom Cape Crewe og Black Head, som forgreiner seg til to mindre bukter, Lighthouse Bay og Prince Olav Harbour, langs nordkysten av Sør-Georgia. Ho vart kartlagd av Discovery Investigations i perioden 1926–30, og vart namngjeven av dei etter kaptein James Cook, som utforska Sør-Georgia og gjekk i land i nærleiken i 1775.[1]
