Cowie Nunatak er ein bratt nunatak, 1782 moh, med ei stupbratt austside, 5 nautiske mil vest for Detour Nunatak i øvre delen av Mackaybreen i Victoria Land. Han vart kalla opp etter James Cowie som frå Scott-basen deltok i eit boreprosjekt ved Cape Roberts.[1]
