Crilly Hill er den sentrale av tre isfrie åsar på nordsida av McGregorbreen, 6 nautiske mil sør-sørvest for Mount Finley i Dronning Maudfjella. Han vart namngjeve av Texas Tech Shackleton Glacier Expedition (1964–65) etter Clifford L. Crilly, ein lege i U.S. Army Aviation Detachment som støtta ekspedisjonen.[1]
