Dehloran fylke (persisk شهرستان دهلران) er eit fylke i Ilam-provinsen i Iran. Det administrative senteret i fylket er Dehloran. I folketeljinga i 2006 var innbyggjartalet i fylket 58 993.[1] Fylket er delt inn i dei tre distrikta Sentral-distriktet, Zarrinabad-distriktet og Musian-distriktet. Fylket har dei fire byane Dehloran, Musian, Meymeh og Pahleh.
