Kolchak Island (Koltsjakøya) is in the Taymyr Gulf (Tajmyrbukta), see [1]
Rastorguyev Island (Rastorgujevøya) is in the Bay of en:Pyasina (i.e. is part of the Kamennyye Islands (Kamennyjeøyane) group), see [2]
In other words, the author obviously mixed up Kolchak and Rastorguyev islands. --Tetromino
