East Melchior Islands er ei gruppe små isdekte øyar og skjer som ligg aust for The Sound i Melchior Islands i Antarktiske Arkipel. Øyane vest for The Sound heiter West Melchior Islands. Namnet vart truleg gjeven av Discovery Investigations som grovt kartlagd øyane i 1927. Øyane vart kartlagd av argentinske ekspedisjonar i 1942, 1943 og 1948.[1]
