Ellsworth Subglacial Highlands er ei rekkj subglasiale høgland i Vest-Antarktis som strekkjer seg vest-sørvest frå dei sentrale Ellsworth Mountains til nærleiken av Mount Moore og Mount Woollard. Høglandet vart først indikert frå seismiske målingar av Marie Byrd Land Traverse Party, 1957–58, leia av Charles R. Bentley. Han vart skissert i detalj av Scott Polar Research Institute – National Science Foundation – Det tekniske universitetet i Danmark sitt radioekkolyd-prosjekt, 1967–79 og namngjeve i samband med Ellsworth Mountains.[1]
