Elton John's Greatest Hits er eit samlealbum av Elton John. Albumet vart gjeve ut i 1974 og vart produsert av Gus Dudgeon. Albumet kom på førsteplass på både Billboard 200 i USA og Storbritannia.

Det er det bestseljande albumet hans så langt og har selt til diamantstatus i USA med meir enn 16 millionar eksemplar, og meir enn 32 millionar eksemplar på verdsbasis. I 2003 vart albumet rangert på 136. plassen på lista til musikkmagasinet Rolling Stone over dei 500 beste albuma gjennom tidene.
