Fanfare Island er den nordlegaste av Argentine Islands, som ligg 1,5 nautiske mil sør for Herald Reef i Wilhelm Archipelago. Ho vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1961 i samband med namnet på Herald Reef.[1]
