Garwood Point er eit nes på nordenden av Gurnon Peninsula, ein nordaustleg arm av Bear Peninsula på Walgreen Coast i Marie Byrd Land i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå flyfoto teken under U.S. Navy Operasjon Highjump i 1947, og vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter James W. Garwood, ein smedutdanna underoffiser som var sjef ved Williams Field i McMurdo Sound og Christchurch på New Zealand og leiar for vedlikehaldsverkstaden under Operasjon Deep Freeze.[1]
