Guesalaga Island er den nordlegaste av to øyar som ligg utanfor austsida av Lecointe Island i Antarktiske Arkipel i Antarktis. Ho vart namngjeven av Den chilenske antarktisekspedisjonen i 1947 for kommandøren Capitán de Navío Federico Guesalaga Toro.[1]
