Guyou Bay er ei bukt på vestkysten av Brabant Island mellom Claude Point og Metchnikoff Point i Antarktiske Arkipel i Antarktis. Ho vart oppdaga av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1903–05, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, som namngav ho etter kaptein Emile Guyou i Den franske marinen, som deltok i rådet som publiserte vitskaplege resultat frå ekspedisjonen.[1]
