Harnasie Hill er ein bratt ås med ei høgd opp mot 250 moh mellom Vaureal Peak og Martins Head sør i på Krakow Peninsula på King George Island i Sør-Shetlandsøyane i Antarktis. Han vart namngjeven «Wierch Harnasie» (Harnasie Hill) av den polske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1980, etter operaen Harnasie av Karol Szymanowski.[1]
