Harpon Bay er ei bukt som ligg like aust for Mercer Bay sør i Cumberland West Bay i Sør-Georgia. Ho vart først kartlagd av Den svenske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1901–04, under Otto Nordenskjöld. Ho vart kartlagd av South Georgia Survey i perioden 1951–57, og vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter lastefartøyet «Harpon», bygt i 1897, som vart nytta av Compañía Argentina de Pesca i Grytviken frå 1922.[1][2]
