Harvey Mandel (fødd 11. mars 1945)[1] er ein USA-amerikansk gitarist kjend for den nyskapande spelestilen på elektrisk gitar. Han har spelt med artistar som Charlie Musselwhite, Canned Heat, The Rolling Stones og John Mayall, før han starta ein solokarriere. Mandel ar ein av dei første rockegitaristane som brukte tapping med to hender på gripebrettet.[2]
