Hogback Hill er eit avrunda fjell, 735 moh, som ligg like nord for Hjorth Hill og 4 nautiske mil vest for Cape Bernacchi i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd og gjeven det skildrande namnet av Terra Nova-ekspedisjonen, under Robert Falcon Scott.[1] Hogback er eit engelsk ord for «svinerygg» eller «fjellrygg».
