Holgate Shoal er eit område med grunner som ligg aust for Ramp Rocks og kring 1,5 nautiske mil nordvest for Main Island i Willis Islands i Sør-Georgia. Han vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter matrosen Ralph A. Holgate på HMS «Owen», som først kartla grunna i 1961.[1]
