Holmes Block er ei blokkliknande klippe, med ei høgd opp mot 1855 moh på vestsida av Ruecroftbreen, 3,5 km vest for Cooke Bluff i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names i 1994 etter John W. Holmes, ein kartograf som spesialiserte seg på kartlegging av Antarktis med US Geological Survey (USGS) 1951–77 og frå 1977 ved USGS Mapping Applications Center.[1]
