Holmes Island er ei øy som er 1,5 nm lang og som ligg sør for Vieugue Island i Biscoe Islands i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd av British Graham Land Expedition under Rymill, 1934–37, og namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Bryan Holmes, ein landmålar i Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey vedProspect Point i 1957.[1]
