Howard Bay er ei bukt i Antarktis, som ligg mellom Byrd Head i vest og Ufsøy og Lachal Bluffs i aust. Ho vart oppdaga i februar 1931 av British Australian New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition under Douglas Mawson, og vart namngjeven av han etter A. Howard, hydrologen på ekspedisjonen.[1]
