Jammu og Kashmir (hindi जम्मू और कश्मीर [Jammū aur Kaśmīr]; urdu مقبوضہ کشمیر [Jammūn va Kašmīr]; kasjmiri جۄم تٕ کٔشېر ~ जॅम तु' क'शीर [Jọm tụ Kåšīr]) er eit unionsterritorium i India.[2] Det blei oppretta i 2019 frå den større delstaten Jammu og Kashmir, med Ladakh skild ut.
Jammu og Kashmir kan delast inn i to hovudområde: Jammu og den omstridde Kashmirdalen. Det utgjer den sørlege delen av den større historiske regionen Kashmir. Denne delen har både India og Pakistan gjort krav på sidan landa blei oppretta i 1047.[2]
