Kellick Island er ei øy som ligg 1 nautisk mil (1,9 km) nordaust for Round Point, utanfor nordkysten av King George Island i Sør-Shetlandsøyane. Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1960 etter kaptein Kellick, kapteinen på den britiske selfangstbåten «Henry» som vitja Sør-Shetlandsøyane i 1821-22.
Øya er utnemnd som eit viktig fugleområde (Important Bird Area, IBA) av BirdLife International fordi ho huser ein stor hekkande koloni av kring 27 000 par av ringpingvin.[1]
