Kim Vincent Fowley (21. juli 1939–15. januar 2015) var ein USA-amerikansk plateprodusent, songar, låtskrivar og musikar. Han er mest kjend for rolla bak ei rekkje poprocksongar i 1960-åra og for å ha vore manager for The Runaways i 1970-åra. Han er skildra som «ein av dei mest fargerike personane innan rock & roll», i tillegg til «ein skuggefull kultfigur».
