Lawther Knoll er eit avrunda, urdekt fjell (315 moh) aust på Annenkovøya i Sør-Georgia. Det vart namngjeve av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter geologen Eric G. Lawther som arbeidde for British Antarctic Survey (BAS) på øya 1972-73.
