MacQuarrie Edge er ein fjellskrent med ei høgd opp mot kring 760 moh. nord i Otter Highlands, vest i Shackletonkjeda i Antarktis. Han vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter Alister S. MacQuarrie (1935–1970) i British Antarctic Survey (BAS) som var traktormekanikar ved Halley Station i 1968–69 og som arbeidde i Shackletonkjeda.
