McIlroy Peak er eit fjell på 745 moh vest for Husvik Harbor og 0,8 nautiske mil (1,5 km) sør for Mount Barren på Sør-Georgia. Det vart namngjeve av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1990 etter James A. McIlroy (1879–1968), som var kirurg på den britiske Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition, 1914–16, på «Endurance», og under Shackleton-Rowett Expedition, 1921–22.
