Mount DeWitt er eit fjell, 2190 meter over havet, som ligg over isplatået like vest for Mount Littlepage og Willett Range i Victoria Land. Det vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names i 1964 etter Hugh H. DeWitt, forskingssjef på «Eltanin», 1962–63, som òg tente på «Glacier», 1958–59.[1][2]
