Mount Otis er eit lite fjell langs nordsida av Kirkpatrickbreen. Fjellet ligg 1,5 nautiske mil sørvest for Mount Sinha ved søraustkanten av Erickson Bluffs i McDonald Heights i Marie Byrd Land. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy, 1959-65. Det vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter Jack Otis, medlem av den biologiske gruppa som studerte sel-, kval- og fuglepopulasjonar på pakkisen i Bellingshausen- og Amundsenhavet med USCGC «Southwind» og to helikopter ombord, 1971-72.
