Mulroy Island er ei lita øy som ligg like utanfor Black Crag, heilt aust på Noville Peninsula på Thurston Island. Ho vart oppdaga av U.S. Navy Bellingshausen Sea Expedition i februar 1960 og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter Thomas B. Mulroy, drivstoffteknikar i Byrd-ekspedisjonen i 1928-30.
