Nicholson Rock er ei klippe 4,5 km aust for Cox Bluff på den hovudsakleg snødekte Spitz Ridge aust i Toney Mountain-massivet i Marie Byrd Land. Han vart kartlagt av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy i 1959-66. Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter Charles E. Nicholson i US Navy, som var byggelektrikar ved Amundsen-Scott-stasjonen i 1974.
